Returns must be in brand new condition in the original box
If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and handling. Once the product is received back to @belle&bizze, the refund or exchange will process. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, replace your candle at no cost to you.
